Functioning as the sole designer from initial discovery to developer handoff, I worked on a dual-sided experience featuring a free consumer portal and a premium directory for subscribing attorneys. The core service innovation centred on a ride-hailing-inspired emergency feature, allowing users to instantly broadcast their live audio and geolocation to nearby lawyers for immediate, real-time legal assistance.
