Axenor Driver
Truck fleet safety platforms typically use deduction-only scoring, so drivers start perfect and can only lose points. This breeds disengagement and pushback, especially when defensive driving is penalized.
Axenor needed a driver-facing mobile experience that turned real-time telematics into a safety score drivers could trust and actively improve, rewarding progress and recognition rather than just penalizing mistakes.
As the sole designer closely embedded with founders/eng, I helped shape and designed the MVP version of the app end-to-end.

Axenor.ai is the safety and risk reduction platform for trucking fleets that integrates telematics, in-cab signals, and operations data to drive coaching, incentives, and policy compliance.
The 0→1 app covered:
- Surfacing safety scores and events that contribute to it to fleet drivers
- Helping drivers track their daily and weekly safety goals
- Showing estimated monetary end of the week bonuses
- Light gamification elements like streaks, achievements and leaderboards
Android-specific adjustments
While a proper Android support was a low priority for v1, I've made a number of quick android-specific changes to make the app not feel too alien to the platform.
